What type of tax services do you offer?
I assist with 1099s, Texas Sales & Use tax, W-2s, and providing a trial balance to the tax professionals that handle individual and business income tax returns.
Do we need to meet in person or can we work remotely?
In my experience, we can hold most meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and that's my default.
How do you typically bill for your services?
I bill services based on a 3-tiered program. Clients can choose which services they would like to hire for, and each offered service is listed under one of the tiers. The fees by tier are the billing rate and they are usually monthly fees paid in advance of services being rendered. For clarity, all services rendered under a prior tier will continue to be offered at a higher tier, plus the incremental services in the higher tier.
What size of client is your area of focus?
Since 5.5 million new businesses were started in 2023, there's room to specialize. I'm choosing to focus on small businesses in all stages.
